Legal authorities have stated that a former doctor now faces charges for committing assaults against thirty-eight individuals who were patients.
The accused, Nathaniel Spencer from Birmingham faces allegations of numerous sexual offences – comprising some against children younger than 13 – between 2017 and 2021.

The charges follow what investigators called a “detailed inquiry” into reported sexual offences at two hospitals: a hospital in Stoke-on-Trent and a facility in Dudley.
Spencer is due to appear at the North Staffordshire justice centre on 20 January.
